I love a peplum dress, I think a peplum skirt is a adorable, and believe that a peplum top can really give an outfit new life. For some reason though, I cannot seem to get with the peplum romper. Something about it comes off as awkward to me. I have no idea why. It may just be insanity and may just be me. I am seeing these rompers everywhere and I am wondering if there is something to them.
