I spotted Carly as I was leaving a sample sale near Herald Square yesterday. Her bright chartreuse skater skirt immediately caught my eye. I loved how she paired it with a pair of platform sandals and a simple black chiffon tank. This skirt was a statement piece of its own and only needed subtle accents. Overall it was a great eye catching outfit!
