Known for her impeccable sense of style, it is no shock that “Diamonds” singer Rihanna was tapped to be creative director for Puma’s womenswear line. She arrived in Germany yesterday to have the first creative meeting with the design team at the company’s headquarters.
Rihanna has signed a “multiyear partnership” and will be taking a “hands on” approach. She will be working on the ladies apparel and well also giving creative direction on shoes.
In a statement, Puma said Rihanna “will work with Puma to design and customise classic Puma styles as well as create new styles to add to the Puma product portfolio”. It will be exciting to see what this collaboration produces!
