Well fashionistas, be careful what you wish for because you just may get it! All winter and spring we were counting down until summer. Now the summer is finally here and we are already over the heat. Ah, the grass is always greener on the other side isn’t it?!
Let’s be real though. There’s nothing better than walking out of your house and not needing a jacket in the morning or evening. So, what is the moral of story you ask? Stop complaining! Cherish the long warm days because winter is coming (as they say in Game of Thrones).
Now that we are all on the same page and enjoying the summer weather. Here are few looks that will help you beat the heat!
A shift dress is the perfect office look. It is flattering for all body types and pairs great with almost every type of shoe you can throw at it.
The possibilities are really endless with a pencil skirt. You will always look super polished whenever you have one on. This neutral look would look amazing with a pop of color on the lips.
Culottes are best of both worlds because they are super comfortable and office appropriate. My recommendation is to try to always pair them with a slim shoe and top that can be tucked. This helps keep proportions in order.
The fit and flare is the most ideal and feminine silhouette for work. It is it hard to find a fit and flare dress that is not office appropriate. The shape also compliments every body type.
