There was a time that people would wear formal attire to attend a Broadway show. Yes, evening gowns, tuxedos, and even white gloves and top hats. Heck, they used to wear a suit and tie to attend a movie. As time went on things have gotten significantly more casual. I was at a Broadway show on Saturday and saw a man in running shorts and sneakers. With the slippery slope we are on, people will be wearing their flannel pajamas to the theater!
