How to Elevate Your Weekend Style

The weekend is a tricky time. The lazy you wants to keep on your pajamas or athleisure attire, while the “adult” you want to go to boozy brunch with your friends. It is always hard to find that balance between looking nice and overdressed. The key is to have a casual base and one piece that takes the look to the next level. Here are a few styling options for your next weekend activity.

Add Some Length

A long duster coat is the perfect way to infuse some drama into your look. The best thing about these coats is that they are versatile. Depending on your weekend outing, it can be worn with jeans, shorts, or even a bodycon dress. The options are really endless!

Keep it Cozy

A sweater dress is the best of both worlds. They’re ridiculously comfortable (and forgiving), but are also effortlessly polished. Pair them with booties to dress them up and sneakers to dress them down. You can really go either way with the right sweater dress.

Get Distressed

Distressed denim has been in style for some time, but distressed jackets are taking that look to a new level. It can take an otherwise simple look and add just the right amount of edge. The best part is that these jackets can be worn in a multitude of ways. You may find yourself breaking out this trend more than once a week.
