In honor of the first day of spring I decided to wear a bright color. It is a beautiful sunny day, but I so wish that it was was actually warm out. You cannot win them all, so I will just be grateful that it is not raining or snowing. I decided to pair a chartreuse peter pan collar top with my favorite leather pleated skirt. Love mixing extremes!
